This tumblr is for all the girls out there who
need some healthy and decent thinspiration to keep on dieting and exercising. And also for myself, of course :)
My highest weight in life was 155 kg (341 lbs), but I’ve lost 60 kg (132 lbs) in the past - when I was around 19/20 years old. Now I’m 26 and gained 25 kg (55 lbs) back, so… I'm back on the fight! Now looking for a healthy lifestyle as well.
Unfortunately, I don't post as often as I used to, due to work + college. My days can be really REALLY busy, so I'll post on weekends, and sometimes a lot and everyday (during vacation and holidays, mostly).
But I won't give up entirely on the blog, that's for sure. So you might as well follow me ;)
While you guys are celebrating hot weather and bikinis…
… I’m here celebrating that winter is coming. Last night was so chilly, omg.
I’ll just drown myself in hot green tea and general starbucks hot drinks (that are impossible to bare from November to April here).
Seriously, I’m sick of Rio. Too hot for me. Wish I had enough money like my grandma used to have, she actually had an apartment in Rio and other one in North Carolina. She was always avoiding summer… LOL, seriously.
Gimme me my grandma’s life, NOW.
No joke, getting an apartment in US (where half of my family lives) will be my new goal in life. I will get rid of summer, I WILL. lol
Exam week is coming soon, I’m full of essays and been studying hard! College girl problems!
My ask box is full, I will reply each one of you when I have time! I didn’t give up on the blog or on weight loss, I’m just really out of time to tumblr for a couple of weeks…
And my dad is already planning to order pizza and get some ice cream, and soda, and probably some other crap to celebrate when I get home from college.
And I don’t mean just weight loss. Like you guys know, my days have been quite full. I’m always posting in a hurry now since classes are back, and I’m also working in a makeup studio.
The first couple of days I didn’t manage to get me some green tea, and I felt like shit. Like I was supposed to faint of tiredness at any moment.
When I finally made me some green tea to drink it threw the day, it was amazing how much energy I got from it! I’m so tired at the end of the day, but it’s worth to expend those extra minutes before sleep to make me green tea for the next day. Coffee doesn’t give me that effect, since I usually drink it with milk and sugar…
